Maiestria si atentia la detalii sunt de multe ori de neegalat. Dar un lucru care de multe ori le lipseste este o forma moderna, confort si o infrastructura cu o tehnologie avansata.\n\u00cen acest spirit va prezentam un bun exemplu: o cladire veche de 100 de ani, un constructor si un proprietar avand acelasi scop \u2013 facilitati moderne si o solutie rentabila, care pastreaza un stil vechi si totusi ofera un confort modern.<\/p>

Older properties can have style, charm, history and ambiance. The craftsmanship and the attention to details are often unmatched. But one thing they often lack is a modern fit out, comfort and an advanced technology infrastructure.<\/p>

Situata in zona ultra centrala a Bucurestiului, aceasta cladire istorica a fost recent consolidata si transformata dintr-un imobil vechi (S+P+E) \u00eentr-o cladire de o mare utilitate prin adaugarea unei constructii noi . Proiectul final ofera spatii moderne de birouri clasa A+, apartamente si terase, confort si stil (S+P+4E+terase). Rezultatul este o combinatie remarcabila \u00eentre nou si vechi, trecut si prezent folosind materiale si tehnici moderne.\u00a0<\/p>

The final design offers modern Class A+ office space, apartments and terraces, comfort and style (U+GF+4F+terrace). The result is a remarkable combination between old and new, past and present using modern materials and techniques.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Din structura initiala, a fost pastrata partitionarea, iar fundatia si peretii au fost \u00eentariti. Noua podea flotanta a fost facuta cu mentinerea stilului podelei originale. Au fost pastrate si reconditionate scara dintr-un minunat lemn de stejar si sobele austriece de teracota din sec. XIX. Acoperisul original a fost \u00eenlocuit cu o terasa frumoasa care ofera o perspectiva deosebita.\nFatada cladirii a fost complet restaurata folosind mortar roman. Tencuiala a fost refacuta. Decoratiunile externe au fost de asemenea, re\u00eennoite.\nLa demisol este amplasata o cafeterie eleganta.<\/p>

The facade of the building was completely restored using Roman mortar. The plaster was restored. External decorations were also renewed.<\/p>

\u00cen scopul de a creste valoarea imobilului, o constructie noua a fost adaugata la vechea cladire. Aceasta constructie noua este complet integrata cu vechea structura. Partea noua a cladirii include trei etaje de spatii de birouri, un al patrulea etaj cu doua apartamente si o terasa. Subsolul ofera 18 locuri de parcare. Iluminarea naturala este o parte integranta a modului de proiectare. La Intrarea principala este amplasat un lift special pentru persoanele cu dizabilitati. Podeaua flotanta, sistemul de racire\/incalzire cuventiloconvectoare si supravegherea video sunt doar cateva facilitati care adauga un plus de confort si siguranta acestui proiect.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
