Located in the ultra-central area of the Bucharest, this historical building has recently been consolidated and converted from an old house (U+GF+F) into a great mixed-use building by attaching a new structure. The final design offers modern Class A+ office space, apartments and terraces, comfort and style (U+GF+4F+terrace). The result is a remarkable combination between old and new, past and present using modern materials and techniques.
